Wayward Fowl allows users to submit reports, descriptions, opinions, documents, images, and other information concerning experiences with artificial intelligence systems and related products or services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, reports appearing on Wayward Fowl are submitted by users or other third parties and reflect the statements, experiences, allegations, and opinions of those persons—not Wayward Fowl.
Publication of a report on Wayward Fowl does not mean that Wayward Fowl has independently verified or confirmed the report or determined that any allegation contained in it is true.
No Finding of Wrongdoing
The appearance of an individual, company, organization, AI system, product, model, or service in a report does not mean that Wayward Fowl has determined that the person or entity:
- violated any law;
- discriminated against anyone;
- acted unfairly or improperly;
- caused the alleged harm;
- acted negligently;
- violated an ethical standard; or
- is legally responsible for an incident.
Reports should be understood as reports of alleged incidents or user experiences unless Wayward Fowl expressly identifies information as independently established or verified.
Verification and Accuracy
Wayward Fowl may review, moderate, categorize, annotate, investigate, request additional information concerning, or otherwise process submitted reports.
However, Wayward Fowl does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, authenticity, timeliness, or truthfulness of any user-submitted report or supporting material.
A report’s presence on the platform, any moderation status, categorization, label, or other designation should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the report’s allegations unless Wayward Fowl expressly states otherwise.
Users should independently evaluate information before relying upon it.
Responses From Named Parties
Where available, Wayward Fowl may provide individuals, companies, organizations, developers, or other parties identified in reports with an opportunity to respond, provide context, dispute allegations, or request correction of factual information.
Providing such an opportunity does not imply that Wayward Fowl endorses either the original report or any response.
No Legal or Professional Advice
Information available through Wayward Fowl is provided for general informational, research, transparency, and public-interest purposes.
Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, financial, medical, employment, regulatory, compliance, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.

Not a Government or Regulatory Authority
Wayward Fowl is an independent private organization.
Wayward Fowl is not a government agency, regulator, court, law-enforcement organization, or official dispute-resolution body.
Submitting an incident to Wayward Fowl does not constitute filing a complaint with any government agency or regulatory authority and does not preserve or extend any legal deadline, statute of limitations, appeal period, or other right.
If you believe an incident should be reported to a regulator, law-enforcement agency, employer, attorney, court, or other authority, you are responsible for making the appropriate report separately.
Emergencies and Immediate Harm
Wayward Fowl is not an emergency service.
Do not use Wayward Fowl as a substitute for contacting emergency services, law enforcement, medical professionals, cybersecurity professionals, or other appropriate authorities when immediate assistance is required.
User Responsibility
Users submitting information to Wayward Fowl are responsible for the content they submit.
Users should not knowingly submit false or misleading information and should not submit information they do not have the legal right to disclose.
Users should avoid unnecessarily including sensitive personal information, confidential information, trade secrets, financial account information, medical information, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other information that could create privacy or security risks.
Third-Party Products and Services
References to companies, organizations, AI systems, models, products, services, or trademarks are provided for identification and informational purposes.
Such references do not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement by, or approval of Wayward Fowl by the referenced party, nor do they imply endorsement by Wayward Fowl of that party.
All trademarks and other intellectual-property rights remain the property of their respective owners.
Research, Statistics and Analysis
Wayward Fowl may aggregate, categorize, summarize, analyze, or publish statistics concerning reported incidents.
Such information may be based partly or entirely on voluntarily submitted reports and therefore should not automatically be interpreted as representing the prevalence, frequency, probability, or comparative safety of AI-related harms in the general population.
Differences in reporting rates may reflect awareness, publicity, user demographics, platform usage, reporting behavior, or other factors unrelated to the actual incidence of harm.
No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Wayward Fowl platform and information made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Wayward Fowl does not warrant that the platform or its content will be accurate, complete, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wayward Fowl Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for damages arising from or relating to reliance upon user-submitted content or other information available through the platform, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Wayward Fowl seeks to maintain a useful and responsible public record of AI-related incidents.
Individuals and organizations that believe information published about them is materially inaccurate, misleading, outdated, unlawful, or otherwise requires review may submit a correction or dispute request through:
