Tesla Model Y crashes into tractor-trailer

A Tesla Model Y drove through an intersection in Detroit, struck a tractor-trailer and became wedged beneath it, tearing the roof off the car and critically injuring a passenger. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said it was sending a team to investigate the 'violent' incident. Detroit police said they did not believe Autopilot was in use during the crash.
