ChatGPT writes fake online reviews
Online reviews generated by ChatGPT and other chatbots are increasingly plaguing the internet and resulting in confused and irritated consumers. According to CNBC , reviews containing phrases such as 'As an AI language model' can increasingly be found on a wide range of products for sale on Amazon. Vice News found the same phrase also appears on many other online commerce and review sites. Review sites say they are removing AI-generated accounts and posts as fast as they can, but the volume of low-quality reviews and spam appears to be increasing relentlessly.
