Cortland Management agreed with Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser to stop using non-public data from other property managers to set rents and to help the state in its lawsuit against RealPage. It may also no longer use software with artificial rent floors or price decrease limits. Colorado accuses RealPage of illegally influencing rents through its revenue management software.
