Eight consumers filed an antitrust class action in the Northern District of California on 26 April 2024 against IDeaS and its parent SAS Institute and hotel operators Hilton, Hyatt, Four Seasons, Choice, Wyndham and Omni, alleging the hotels used IDeaS revenue-management software to fix room prices. The allegations have not been proven.
