Tom's Hardware, citing The Guardian, reports that SpaceXSI is offering to buy 418 homes in Colonial Hills, Southaven, near the power plant for its Colossus II data center, on condition that sellers do not join a class action over noise from its gas turbines. It reports that 18 homeowners agreed.
