"AI Rejected Me"…No Notice of AI Use in Hiring
A survey found 21.7% of top 500 companies used AI tools in hiring, but only 57% gave prior notice to job seekers. Current law does not explicitly require companies to disclose AI use in hiring. The government plans to revise the hiring procedure law to require prior notice and prohibit discrimination.
