Exclusive: 8 rollovers in a year turn underground road into self-driving car terror zone; reporter's car also swerves
On the Shinwol-Yeoui underground road in Seoul, eight vehicles have overturned at the same spot in the past year. All had autonomous driving assist features, and it is suspected that lane recognition errors caused them to suddenly veer off and hit the curb. A reporter's test drive confirmed that the lane-keeping system disengaged at the problematic sections.
