A federal jury found that a Bexar County sheriff's deputy's March 2022 stop, detention and search of Alek Schott on I-35 was unconstitutional. Schott says license plate reader surveillance marked his trip as suspicious; nothing unlawful was found, and he sued for $76, one dollar for each minute he was held.
