South Korean group Citizens United for Consumer Sovereignty said it would file a complaint with the Korea Fair Trade Commission alleging Tesla misled tens of thousands of customers by selling Full Self-Driving (Supervised) for 9.043 million won on cars that cannot legally run it. According to the report, only US-built Teslas, about 20% of those registered in the country, can legally use it, and 99% of new Teslas sold there last year could not. The commission opened its own probe into Tesla's FSD advertising earlier this year. A Seoul court last month dismissed a refund suit from Tesla owners. Tesla did not respond to requests for comment.
