On 7 January 2025 the Justice Department amended its antitrust complaint against RealPage to add six landlords: Greystar, LivCor, Camden, Cushman & Wakefield (with Pinnacle), Willow Bridge and Cortland. It alleges they shared competitively sensitive data and used RealPage's pricing software to align rents. The DOJ proposed a consent decree with Cortland. RealPage says its software is legally compliant, and the claims have not been proven.
