The Munich I Regional Court ruled that EWE Go’s charging prices for Digital Charging Solutions (DCS) breached the EU ban on discrimination, and ordered the operator to stop the challenged pricing and pay damages. At the time of the hearing, EWE Go’s high-power charging prices for external mobility service providers were around 60% higher than its own customers’ rates; the judgment is not yet final.
