A 76-year-old woman died after a Tesla Model 3 on autopilot crashed into her home in Katy, Texas. The driver told police the autopilot was engaged, and the car veered off the road and burst through a wall at high speed. The victim was airlifted to a hospital but later succumbed to her injuries.
