Amazon is facing a nationwide class-action lawsuit alleging systematic discrimination against thousands of pregnant employees. The suit, filed by four former warehouse workers, claims Amazon denied basic accommodations, required unlawful medical documentation, and fired workers for pregnancy-related absences. Amazon says it grants accommodations to over 99.9% of requests and disputes the allegations.
