Eighty-eight Tesla owners in South Korea sued for full refunds of what they paid for Full Self-Driving, which they said did not deliver the promised capability. The Seoul Central District Court rejected the suit. It found that the option did not promise fully autonomous driving without human intervention and that Tesla had already provided some of the functions.
