The plaintiff, former Mayo research director and AI compliance lead Traci Tamiko Eto, alleges Mayo retaliated against her and dismissed her after she raised concerns about its AI practices. Mayo Clinic responded in late July with a 33-page memorandum disputing her claims, particularly the allegation that her termination resulted from discrimination.
