A Florida woman says she spent 13 days in jail after police cited a Flock camera alert that placed her SUV miles from a fatal hit-and-run. Prosecutors declined the case in May and another driver was charged. Flock told HuffPost her experience appears to have been the result of "human errors in judgment unrelated to Flock."
