The São Paulo Bar Association filed a public civil action on Oct. 7, 2026 against Talisman AI (Enter), a platform that reads case files, assesses claims, suggests strategy and drafts pleadings for mass litigation, over work reserved for licensed lawyers. Enter says its software assists lawyers, who keep control of strategy and filing. The claims are untested.
