Authentic Brands Group, which owns rights to Elvis Presley’s music and likeness, has sued Anthropic, alleging that the company used 274 of his songs without permission to train its AI model, Claude. The complaint includes “Can’t Help Falling in Love” and seeks $150,000 for each song, totaling about US$41 million.
